Server Admins are responsible for supporting both the staff team and the community by assisting wherever needed to ensure the server operates smoothly. Their duties include managing back-end server performance, performing server maintenance, installing and updating plugins and mods, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with lost character retrievals. Admins also help players resolve server-related problems, support the Pixel Event Coordinator during community events, and work alongside the staff team to advertise and grow the community. In addition, they assist with website development and maintenance, shop balancing and support, and creating important Discord announcements and updates.

Above all, Server Admins are expected to lead by example, demonstrate professionalism, and help create the welcoming, organized, and enjoyable server experience that the Pixel community strives to provide.
